1. Authors are encouraged to submit original, previously unpublished work. Submitted papers must not have been published or accepted for publication elsewhere.
2. All submissions must be in English. Abstracts should be submitted if you wish to make a presentation only, and they must not exceed one A4 page in length, containing at least 200 words. If both presentation and publication are required, please submit the full paper, which should be between 5 and 10 pages in length, including all appendices.
3. All submitted papers will undergo a rigorous peer-review process. Each paper will be reviewed by at least two independent experts in the field to ensure academic quality, originality, and relevance to the conference topics.
4. After submission, the conference secretary will assign a paper ID within three working days. Authors should use this ID in all further correspondence regarding their submission.
