• The conference accepts Bank transfers and PayPal payments. To obtain the Registration Form with bank details, please contact cfp@herem.org.
• At least one author of each accepted final paper must complete the registration process. Students are required to provide valid proof of their student status when registering.
• Registration fees cover conference proceedings, lunches, souvenirs, and access to all technical sessions. However, they do not include accommodation, visa application fees, or transportation costs.
• Delegates are responsible for any bank service charges incurred on the sender’s side.
• Completed registrations will be acknowledged by the Organizing Committee within 2-5 working days after payment is received.

Refund policy

(1.) Attendees wishing to cancel their registration and request a refund for personal reasons should submit a cancellation request in writing to cfp@herem.org. The following refund policy applies:
* A 100% refund will be provided if cancellation is made 60 days or more before the conference.
* A 50% refund will be provided if cancellation is made 30-60 days before the conference.
* No refund will be issued if cancellation is made less than 30 days before the conference.

(2.) Refunds will be processed after deducting applicable bank transfer fees (30 USD) and through the original method of payment.

(3.) No refunds will be issued in cases of visa rejection, no-show, or early departure from the conference.

(4.) Refunds will be processed within Two weeks after the conference.

(5.) In the event of force majeure, including but not limited to earthquakes, natural disasters, war, or changes in national policies, the organizer reserves the right to change the conference dates or venue. The organizer will not be responsible for any additional costs, charges, or expenses incurred, including those related to travel and accommodation.
