(1.) Presentation Format: Each oral presentation is allotted 15 minutes for the presentation, followed by a 5-minute Q&A. Presentations must be delivered by one of the authors or co-authors of the paper. All presentations will be conducted in English.
(2.) In-Person Presentations: Presenters have the option to use either their own laptop or the PC provided in the session room (Windows system with PowerPoint). Please ensure that your presentation is ready at least 5 minutes before your session begins.
To help save time during your session, we recommend submitting your presentation slides in advance to the Conference Secretary or uploading them to the session room computer prior to the start of your presentation.
(3.) Virtual Presentations: Prepare your presentation in either PowerPoint or PDF format. As this conference will be held virtually, we strongly recommend sending your slides ahead of time to the Conference Secretary to avoid any issues with sharing the presentation during your session.
(4.) Time Management: To ensure the smooth flow of the sessions, please stick to the allocated time for both your presentation and the Q&A session.
(1.) Poster Specifications: Prepare your poster in electronic format with the following specifications: Size: 90cm x 120cm, Resolution: 3000 x 5000 pixels.
Ensure your poster is readable from 5 feet away and can be understood without an oral explanation. Focus on clarity and simplicity.
(2.) Display Setup:Poster boards will be provided. Upon registration, we will collect your poster and place it on the designated boards in the conference room. All poster presenters are expected to be present at their posters during the poster session to engage with delegates and discuss the content.
(3.) Viewing Opportunities:Posters will be available for viewing during the coffee breaks. Presenters are encouraged to stand by their posters during these times for further discussions.
